“The team at Pyranet made the transition between premises a smooth and trouble free experience. They understood our reliance on the computer network and worked hard to comply with our time constraints. We have worked with Pyranet since 2010 and have always found them to provide a high level of service which our company finds invaluable during network related projects and periods of downtime.”
As the UK’s biggest dedicated bag printer, Direct Trade Bags offer the largest stock holding of materials allowing them to deliver the very best prices and extremely fast delivery to anywhere in the UK.
Since 2008, Direct Trade Bags have been delivering a high quality service and are now a highly renowned name in the printing industry.
With the impressive growth of the business, it became evident that Direct Trade Bags were quickly outgrowing their existing business premises. As the business is largely reliant on the use of computers for both office use and printing equipment, it was very important that the infrastructure was moved efficiently, safely and with a strict time frame in mind.
Alongside this, there were certain elements of the network which Direct Trade Bags were keen to upgrade before beginning to work from their new premises. It was important to them that these changes were implemented and tested prior to the move preventing unnecessary downtime.
With the in-depth knowledge gained from years supporting Direct Trade Bag’s network, Pyranet were able to offer step by step advice ensuring nothing was forgotten. By laying the move out in a clear staged process, the client knew exactly what to expect throughout the project and it gave us a clear path to follow including a precise time frame. At each stage we were able to test and confirm that the specific element was working allowing us to ensure there were no failures or issues.
The new technology implementation was also incorporated at this point and established in the same way.
With careful planning and consideration for the outlined requirements, the network was moved successfully and downtime was avoided ensuring Direct Trade Bags were able to continue working from their new premises without downtime affecting the business.
