The final thing which is worthy of note is the team which you are building up. Previously, I've had IT companies who have no team structure and each engineer came in and corrected an issue in a way they saw fit, there was no continuity. At East Midlands Ceramics we have become more and more dependant on the IT systems that have become essential to the operation of our day to day business.
