IT Support Engineer - Nottingham
Brief DescriptionPyranet are currently looking for an experienced IT Support engineer to join our expanding support team. The role will involve working both in the office and on clients premises' to provide IT support and installation. While in the office you will provide support over the phone and also via remote connectivity to the clients PC or server. Onsite work will involve diagnosing hardware and software issues as well as installation of PCs, servers and networks etc.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a similar role dealing with face to face and telephone support to small business clients. This person should also be approachable and friendly with the ability to interact with clients and explain technical issues in simple to understand terms. A good understanding of server technologies (specifically Small Business Server) would also be beneficial.
Requirements
• Must have had IT Experience in a similar technical role.
• Should have a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Committed approach to working as part of our existing support team
• Knowledge of Small Business Server would be an advantage
• Well presented, confident and able to communicate effectively with clients
