Pyranet UK Limited was established early in 2005 by Joe Burns and Rory Perkins. The aim was to provide a corporate level IT Support service to small & medium businesses in Nottingham, Derby & the surrounding areas.
Since 2005 we quickly established a name for ourselves within the highly competitive IT industry as we began changing businesses negative perception on outsourced IT Support.
We feel it was because of our good reputation which caused us to achieve such high growth within the first 3 years. Customer service has always been our main objective and we feel the expanding list of client testimonials which we receive reflects this well.
As a fast growing business, it was crucial that we expanded our resources at the right times to ensure that our clients could always rely on us to be available when they need us. We're pleased to say that we have successfully grown our Nottingham IT Support team while maintaining personal contact and consistency of information & Support.
We now not only provide IT Support to small & medium businesses but also to large & corporate clients too. This usually entails our collaboration with an existing IT Support team in house whereby we can provide additional varied expertise and cover. We deal with some of the larger and well known companies in Nottingham and Derby on this basis.
