What can you expect from a Managed IT Support Agreement from Pyranet?

Check Full remote support
Unlimited remote support from our helpdesk Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Check Third party software support
We will work with your software providers to assist with issues and build a database of knowledge to help with rectifying issues in the future.

Check System monitoring
We monitor vital elements of your network to ensure we are alerted to any issues that occur; allowing us to work on problems before you report them.

Check Annual review
Every client is allocated an account manager who ensures the service provided is always of the highest quality.  Once a year (or more frequently if you prefer) your account manager will sit down with you and discuss the ins and outs of the support received and your plans for growth over the next 12 – 24 months.

Check Regular Microsoft training
Every month we hold several Microsoft training courses which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  For more details, visit our training page.

Check Loan equipment
In the event of a server failure, we have a stock of servers which can be utilised to ensure you stay up and running avoiding large periods of downtime whilst your server is being repaired.

Check Discounted installation
All of our contracted clients get a reduced rate for installation of all equipment and software.

Check Onsite support included
As part of our Premium and Platinum services, all of our onsite support is included in the monthly price.  This includes remote sites within a 40 mile radius.

Check Hardware replacement for PC’s and laptops
If a vital piece of hardware fails on your desktop or laptop computer, Pyranet will replace the part for no extra cost.  This includes hard drives, memory and desktop power supplies.

Check A dedicated support team
We know how frustrating it is to speak to a different person every time you raise a support call.  Because of this, all of our Premium and Platinum clients have a dedicated first and second line engineer that will deal with all of their queries and onsite work.
