Non-Contract Clients

  1. You hereby give permission for a Pyranet UK Limited support engineer to connect to and control the workstation which you are currently using.
  2. Pyranet UK cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.
  3. You are giving authorisation for Pyranet UK to charge per hour for any remote support work that is provided to get the issue resolved.
  4. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time we will suggest that an onsite engineer be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply

Support Contract Clients

  1. You hereby give permission for a Pyranet UK Limited support engineer to connect to and control the workstation which you are currently using.
  2. Pyranet UK cannot be held liable for any loss of productivity in association with remote support, it is expected that you as the client have chosen the most convenient time for our support team to connect.
  3. If we are unable to resolve the issue remotely within a reasonable time we will suggest that an onsite engineer be scheduled to continue diagnostics onsite. Onsite charges per hour will apply (except for Enhanced IT Support agreements).
